Steven has over 20 years experience in commercial property acquisition, disposition, net lease investments, retail leasing, site selection, land acquisition, project planning, market analysis and property management. Mr. Keim was co-founder of NAI Commerce One and became Chief Operating Officer of the organization in 2001. Under Mr. Keim’s leadership the company has grown and prospered becoming the most prominent Commercial Real Estate Brokerage in Eastern and Southern Idaho. In 2004 Mr. Keim launched the Corporate Services Division of NAI Commerce One. This division of the company has developed a specialty practice dba "Global Gateways and Inland Ports". The group has become a leading expert in locating corporate facilities offshore and is specifically engaged in corporate industrial development in Central Mexico. This business unit partners with NAI Mexico in the recruitment of corporate clients and the fulfillment of their Mexican Real Estate requirements.

Background & Experience
Steven Keim served as director of real estate development for a national food service chain from 1984 through 1989. From 1989 to the present, he has served the commercial-investment real estate market in southern and eastern Idaho. He also served on the board of directors of the Central North American Trade Corridor and was responsible for the development of the technology platform serving that organization. Steven specializes in multi-market corporate real estate services and disposition work. He specifically specializes in Logistics, Supply Chain migration and developing effective industrial clusters. Mr. Keim is an active member of the North American Super Corridor Coalition (NASCO) and the North American Inland Port Network (NAIPN).
