I bought a knife here. when i closely looked at it i noticed one of the screws was broken. I returned to the store later that week with the broken knife, receipt, and original packaging. I was told the only thing they could do was to send the knife into the manufacturer. A refund was out of the question. When i purchase something as new, i expect it to be free from defect, and if it is not, I expect the retailer to offer a full refund. This is terrible customer service, and I will never purchase anything from them again. Their prices are high as well.
